When I open emails on my surface using outlook it is now not formated. In my Yahoo Inbox they are fine. Can anyone help as this has only recvently started to happen

What do you mean they are not formatted. I presume this has something to do with Outlook ?

So the email arrives as usual and readble in Yahoo but when I try and view it on my phone or laptop is is a long list of coded letter/numbers etc and doesent make sense

That is known to be happening with Windows 10/11 Mail (No fix as yet) but shouldn't be occuring on Outlook.

Yes, not seen it reported before with Outlook.
