Microsoft 2007 Outlook Email

Good Evening, I do my emails through Microsoft 2007 Outlook. I have more than one email, there are 2 that work OK but 3rd doesn't. I know the password is correct but it just will not work. I have logged on to Yahoo with the same email address and password and can log on but not throught outlook. I don't know what else to do. Please can anyone give me some advice on what may be the problem?

The password on that account might need changing to a 16 digit one that you can generate here:

https://www.sky.com/sky-yahoo-mail/manage-apps?client=email

This is for that account only as you would still use your usual one to login to your online email account.

If the three accounts are all Sky ones, you can expect the other two to require generated passwords eventually,

Be aware that the password are account specific, so make sure you are generating them for the correct account.

To ensure the correct account is being used it may be best to generate it from within the account.

Go to https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details and scroll down to "Sky Yahoo Mail access" and generate it from there.
