      <title>Messages via SKY unreadable</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been struggling for a while with some messages appearing in my Windows Mail inbox via SKY that are raw and unreadable. Looking at the mail online via Website Browser to SKY website is OK.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As it happens I now have two accounts with the same business, one on Virgin the other on SKY.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The VIRGIN mail is arriving and displaying in Windows Mail perfectly OK, the SKY is arriving, but is not readable, pages of raw rubbish html.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can't find any setting to cure this.&amp;nbsp; Help please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It seems to be a known issue with Windows Mail. There's no setting you can change, I'm afraid.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
