Is this a scam email ?

I received this email today, is it a scam? It just doesnt seem right. the heading was "Sky Mail Daily Info" with a green tick after it The "from address" had a person's email address which I have had to delete in order to post this.

That is a well known scam email so mark it as a spam email and do the same should you be sent anymore.
