Only a select few emails coming in since hack

My Sky email account recently was hacked with spam. I changed all the passwords which stoped the spam. However i am not receiving all mail? Its hard to know how much i am missing but would say 80% down.

Also not every email i send is getting there? This has improved and about 95% now however i dont get the reply.

They not in spam, i dont get not delivered etc

Any ideas please?

Are you checking your email account online via sky.com?

If an unauthorised person has had access to your email, check for any filters etc that may have been set up.

Also make sure that a reply to email address hasn't been setup either. You can check via Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email account.
