Anyone getting this message when signing in.Looks like another scam.I am using a desktop in this instance.Happened yesterday and today but does not stop me accessing anything.

We have sent a six digit code to your email address.

Never received any email.

Is this message appearing when you login in (so it can be dismissed) or is this via an email that you have been sent ?

When I log in to sky.com.

It does not affect me accessing email and spoke to sky who are not aware of this so they told me to reset my password which I have done and still happening so not really helpful.

It is not happening if I log in here

Odd. Haven't seen this before either. Is this an email message? Or a text message? Try clearing your browser cache, or try logging in to sky.com using your brower's incognito/privacy mode to see if that stops it.

I have already done all those things and makes no difference.Also happens on my tablet.Its more frustrating as does not impact me doing anything.It is happening when I initially sign into sky.com.Not email or text message

Same on my tablet.Its not something Sky are aware of but seems to just be specific to me.I will do some more exploring to see how I can get rid of it.Thankyou.

I really don't think this is a scam. I can't understand quite when you are receiving this message, but unless it's asking you to provide your credentials it's not likely to be malicious.

Well Sky know nothing about it and I sent them a photo so better safe then sorry.

Does it appear as an on screen pop-up, then? If not, how are you getting it? It does seem pointless as nothing apparently happens after the 'verification code' appears.

Just appears when I sign into Sky.Com and not community but as you say has no impact.

Baffled. I've never come across it before, either. Just a thought - do you still see it if you log in here first, then go to Sky.com for your email?

Yes, many times. Definitely a hack. Have now lost use of email as hackers in control. John

No.Community is fine but as I normally sign into my emails via sky.com I have now added a link direct to my emails sent by sky which resolves the issue.It could be related to Yahoo updating their terms and conditions or a hack but am not taking any chances.Appreciate your help.Thankyou

No I did not respond to that.

Not sure how you access your emails.I have always done it via Sky.Com but they have sent me a link which takes you directly to emails and the issue is resolved.You may be aware of this anyway.It is obviously a hacker which Sky now admit or it could be Yahoo related.They are investigating further..Good Luck
