Try clearing your browsers cache and cookies then close down the browser before loading it up and trying again. If this doesn't work try a different browser works to see if that works for you.

Yes 2 accounts the same not my phone as gmail working

Getting fed up with mail problems on sky, yahoo, not been working for days, on and off, not connecting to server, not downloading content, if this is not resolved I will definitely be leaving them, not even had any info from them regarding the problems,

Just log in to Sky Yahoo Mail via Sky.com, using your browser. Might be slightly less convenient, but it works reliably. Or switch email provider.

Multiple posts over the last few days about problems with email apps being used on Apple devices. I'm not aware of any other current problem.

If you are using the main app on your phone then there have been issues this week but if you want to use an app then the Outlook or Yahoo email apps should work.
