Email header changed - how do I change it back

A few weeks ago, I noticed that when I send an email the recipient receives the following in their "From" box

with no reference to my name or the fact that it is coming from a Sky account. Consequently, a lot of the emails that I sent are either being filtered as spam or ignored by the recipient.

Has anyone encountered the same issue? Also, can anyone advise how to return the header to my usual email address.

What does it show via your online account ?

Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address.

The box you need to look at is the "Your name" one, is it wrong, if it is change it then logout and change your password:
