I wish to close my sky email account

How do i do that please?

If you don't login to your online account then after a few months Sky will close it for you. They might send you an email to it before they do that. The other way would be to contact them about it by calling them but I'm not sure they would close it straight away if you did this.

As I understand it email cancellation requests are batched and processed fortnightly so there could be a two weeks' delay. Unfortunately the

problem is likely to be reaching an adviser who understands the process and knows what to do.
