Need to change Password

I have been trying to change my passwork on my sky (yahoo mail) account, on my desktop. I dont use a phone to do this. It wont let me update the password in the security part of my account. tried different browsers, clearing cookies, reset but codes not coming through at all.

Is there a problem at the moment with emails or does anyone know how i can do this or who/how to contact sky for email/password help? Thanks

Are you using the forgotten password link from the Sky ID log in page? What's the error message, if it's not working?

@ktstraders I think you have probably been trying to change your password via Yahoo instead of Sky.

Having had my computer hacked I need to, but cannot seem to, change my password.

I thought I had cracked it via More, Yahoo (recent activity), Account security (change password) but I get "dns failure" and "service temporarily unavailable" with a long reference number starting with #11.

What else can I try?

The very post before yours says you can't do it via Yahoo, so yes, use the link @caesarome provided.

Looks like the way to do it, but ...

Need to enter my “last name” and “memorable date” both of which I am certain I know but one of which is not acceptable.

Getting a link by email does not seem to be an option.

Using “forgot password” at login also fails at the same point..

Any other ideas?

What are you trying to do?

If you have forgotten your password, recovering it may be a problem, but if you are trying to change it, you can reset your recovery email address and security questions here:

Success! Using your link I was able to "Edit" my Last name and Memorable date to the same as they seemed to be and was able to progress through the minefield.

Very grateful. Confused 2005. (aka RVWM)

I was also "confused", as you seemed to be a different user to RVWM.
