hi i emailed yesterday i had a reply to go to setting but nothing happens when i put curser on setting i cant even send a email customer number (removed) please can you let me know asap

As you are talking to other customers here as it stands your post isn't very clear, your title says "emails deleted" so do you mean they have all gone from your inbox as sadly this does happen with Yahoo which is why it is never a good idea to leave them all stored there. You could try this to see if they can be retrieved:

If they are restored then it would be advisable not to store all your emails in your inbox if this is where they were located, but instead set up separate folders to keep them in.

You say you emailed yesterday and had a reply, but who did you email?
