Not receiving incoming emails though I am sending them ok

On my sky/yahoo webpage (and on phone apps) I am not receiving incoming emails. However, I can send them ok. Any thought folks?

Is there anything in your spam or deleted folders folders, if not go to Settings > More settings > Security & Privacy, are there any email addresses shown here ?

Also check no filters have been setup. (it's just above Security & Privacy)

If there were and changes made, then change your password, as you account will have been compromised. https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/email
