    <description>&lt;P&gt;My father uses Sky/Yahoo email.&amp;nbsp; He has not received an email for the last 2 weeks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have sent a test email which has not been received.&amp;nbsp; I followed all the troubleshooting steps in the Help, but all the suggested settings to check look fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does he login to his email account at Sky.com to access his emails ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If so has he checked that these emails are not going to the bin/trash folder instead ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Apologies.... Sky website.&amp;nbsp; We usually use Firefox.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tested setting up his email on his android phone. Logged in fine, but with the same issue, no mail since August 17th.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks Mark.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Amanda&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Log in to his email account on-line and check that no changes have been made to the filtering options.
