just want to know if it genuine before I click the link.

I'm fairly certain that's genuine. The email should be addressed to you by name.

It was addressed to me by first name only but yes it did have a name in it at least.

I would say that was from Sky because of the way it was addressed to you and as the email address it came from appears to be legit to me.
