Sky Yahoo Mail on Outlook Error

Hello,

When trying to sign into my Sky Yahoo Mail account on an Android version of Outlook, all I get is an error message that's shown in the picture below:

Could the Sky Yahoo Mail servers be down or Sky have stopped supporting Outlook on Android for Sky Yahoo Mail?

It might be worth seeing it will work if you generate and use a 16 digit password with Outlook instead of the usual password you use with it, you can do this here:

Doesn't work. It's inapplicable to an Android version of Outlook because there's no way to manually configure IMAP settings for Sky Yahoo Mail.

You shouldn't need to configure the actual settings but just change the password to the generated one so it is possible to do this, if not try deleteing the email account then setting it up again.

Neither is true. (well who can tell when the servers are down, but it hasn't happened recently AFAIK)

If you are trying to add your Sky email address in Outlook for Android there is no good reason why it wouldn't work, as long as it is setup as a Yahoo address.
