Sky mail notification sound

I have been trying to put a new mail notification sound on my computer Windows 10, i.e. "Youv'e got some mail" on Sky mail. I have a second email server, Mozilla Thunderbird, and I can play this tune with it. Yahoo sky mail is the one that I use, but I cannot get it to play any new mail notification sound at all. I have gone into Sky mail settings > More > Sounds > On, but nothing works.

Are you using an app/client? Or your browser? I'm not sure there's any notification generated if you're using a browser. It's just another web page.

@Mark39 is correct, if you use a program to access your emails then you can do this but I don't think you can if you access your emails at Sky.com.

Actually it looks like you can.

Edit: I've turned it on, and sent myself a couple of emails, but haven't noticed any notification.

2nd edit: Didn't get this until I refreshed the email tab.

3rd Edit: They are working now.

Yes, I didn't know, until I looked.

I knew it was available on Yahoo, so thought it might be on Sky|Yahoo as well.

Unfortunately the sound isn't selectable, so may not be what the OP requires.
