My sent messages disappeared

Email problem…my sent messages (everything prior to one week ago) have disappeared. Not in junk, archive or bin either. Just disappeared. Not a syncing problem, as it's the same on Sky/yahoo web, iPad and iPhone.

Probably a slightly different flavour of the same, regularly reported Yahoo glitch responsible for randomly deleting emails from customers' Inboxes, I'm afraid.

It hasn't happened to me, but from previous posts, it's unlikely that they'll automatically be restored.

You could try the Yahoo utility here, but, it's designed for missing Inbox emails, and is intended for Yahoo Mail, not Sky Yahoo Mail, so it may not work.
