When we placed the order for sone reason our original sky e mail wouldn't go through so we set up using a different yahoo one . Now I can't access any of my original sky e mails and when I try to change the password it goes to the e mail I set up glass with . It's so frustrating as all my e mails for bills etc are linked to my original e mail address. The lady said they were having issues with e mail addresses so not sure what was going on.
