      <description>&lt;P&gt;I assume this is because of the hot weather affecting cables etc.Was fine until around 2pm today but seems to be affecting most of london and the south east according to outage website.Never seen this message before.Access to internet is fine but cannot access emails and all other sites are working ok.Thankyou.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
