Sky/Yahoo email issues 12/07/2022 - Battle state games

Hello,

I have contacted Battle state games via a friends email account as I have been unable to receive any emails from the company

they told me that there email had been reported as spam by sky/Yahoo and all emails were from them were being blocked

there is nothing in my spam folder the issue could be that Battle state games is a Russian Company and has been blocked by sky/yahoo.

I spoke to Yahoo who have told me this is an issue with sky , by googling this issues it appears it is very common however none of the fixes have worked for me

bove are the email addresses, from reading online i think this is a common issue with Yahoo emails

any help would be appreciated as no where else seems to know how to solve this issue

I spent 40 minutes on hold yesterday to sky who told me all the could do was change my email apssword and it was a yahoo isssue. No company is willing to take responsibility and actually help

Welcome to the forum, @Madog1992 . Just so you know, we're customers here.

I'm not sure that there's anything to be done to solve this, to be honest? If Sky have identified that these email accounts are responsible for generating scam emails or other undesirable content it's not unreasonable for them to block them.

Surely the easiest thing to do would be to use an alternative email address and use that, if you don't have another then you could set one up at Gmail as I don't see this getting fixed anytime soon.

I am unable to change email's as it requires a verification email to change which i am not receiving

The verification email should be sent to your replacement email address or are you saying you can't get into the account on their website to change it in the first place, if so can't they change it for you ?

unforntuanlty i cant get into the account to change it and I cant request to change it as it appears Sky is blocking me from sending emails to there account

Do you have a replacement email address you can change the email address on your account to ?
