Hello - I am trying to retrieve my password for a sky email address. The email address is not the same as my SKY ID which I can access and amend but when I submit my email address I get no option to amend the password. I have now been unable to access my emails for over a week and I have exhausted the on-line help and need to speak to someone urgently. I have been completely unable to get past the barriers that seem designed to prevent good customer service. Any ideas?

When you try to reset your password a reset email is sent to the email addess that you have on your account so have you found this email and clicked through the link on it !

Thanks - I am able to reset the password using the email address used as my SKY ID - I created email addresses for my wife and for me to use. These have worked perfectly and are different to the address used for the SKYID. However I have lost my password as I had it 'remembered' on my phone when I logged into email but I have changed phones and cannot recall the password hence the need to reset it. As I can't access the email address I wouldn't be able to read an email sent to reset the password anyway!! I just want to speak to a human!! Cheers

If so try changing the email shown here to one you can access.
