Reset password for guest account

I need to change the password for my guest email account and I can’t find a way to do it . This email is very old and doesn’t have a second email address attached to it or a security question . I just keep going round in circles.

If you can't change the password via the reset link, you'll have to give Sky a call, I'm afraid.

Hi, Thank you for your response. Anyone specific I need to speak to or any specific terminology. I have already tried and they said because my sky id isn’t active there is nothing they can do.

There is no such thing as a guest account, I assume you mean a secondary account.

Can you log in here with it, as you should be able to reset the security question and add a recovery address.

@jayach. Thank you but I’ve tried that. I can only request to change the password and when I put the sky Id in, the screen jumps to a contacting sky page with several options like resetting your yahoo password 😩

What do you see? (It does say guest account so you were right in your description)
