Outlook emails on ipad - adding account. Not accepting one off password. Do I set up under other

Have been able to get outlook emails on ipad until recently. Aware Sky dont support Outlook anymore. Followed instructions - obtained one time password but this does not work - shoud I add account as Other - then enter sky. Help needed as going round in circles

I can access emails on my mobile phone and pc fine

If your asking about the app for iOS, that is supported. It's only Outlook for desktop that needs the app password.
