Unable to log into aaccount or reset password

Good Evening,

I am trying to access one of my email addresses but it says the passwords I am using are incorrect, but it is also telling me that the answers I am provinding for the security questions are incorrect.

I am unable to reset the password.

Any suggestions?

Are you able to log in here: https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details, if so you should be able to reset your security question/recovery address.
