How to block explicit emails

ive tried the options sky gives to block emails but when I go on settings there's not an option for more settings?

any ideas?

If you login in here:

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/

Then settings is the right hand side (the screw like icon) and more settings iis at the bottom of the pop up window so you will need to scroll down to see it.

@bertie0122 use your browser's desktop mode.

As @Mark39 says, you will need to use desktop mode to access "more settings", however using an actual desktop browser on a PC would be preferable.

However I doubt you will find what you require there. Unless these explicit emails always come from the same email address you won't be able to block them.

I suspect they may just be general spam, and the spam filter should stop you seeing them, so tell us more about your problem,

If the emails are spam and they are ending up in your inbox are you reporting them as spam each time ?
