remove two step verification

I need to remove two step verification as two people use the email but are in two seperate buildings.

everytime i try to go into account i keep getting message "oops something's gone wrong we're sorting it" This has been going on for months.

Any help would be much appreciated..

@SassyC64 2 step verification is mandatory I'm afraid, and can't be removed. Are you saying both people are using the same email account?

Hmm, that sound like 2 different problems.

Unfortunately Sky email address were never intended to be "shared".

The best way to solve it would be for one, or both, to use an app or client to access the email.

As for the error message, that may be something different.

Yes myself & my husband for his business email. Everytime he has to ring me to get the code which is a pain

Other than one of you using the website and one of you using an app there is no way around this as it isn't possible to turn two step authentication off.

Gmail doesn't use any authentication via their app.
