Scammers have changed password. I cannot enter email account. Robot assistant has proved useless

I am unable to log into my email account as scammers have changed my password. I went on the Chat assistant but not at all helpful as it doesn.t understand "please get someone to phone me"

Additionally no one from Sky can / will contact you as a result of posting on here. Any Sky account/s you may have are not linked to your Community Forum username so no one knows who you are.

Unless your recovery email address has been changed your should be able to change it here:

Now that 2FA is manditory, I'm surprised someone could change your password without access to your phone also.

However you will need to speak to Sky, ask to be transfered to the IDM (identity management) team.
