When i log in with my user name and password it comes up with a 2 step verification process and says its sent me a 6 digit code to my mobile phone but it never comes, ive been on the phone to sky numerous times and checked everything but its still the same. i spoke to another department within sky last week and they said they would call me back last friday between 6-7pm regardless if they had any progress but once again the never called. Ive had this issue since March and sky have told me they will sort it but never do. Ive told them this first happened around Christmas last year and when i called Sky about it straight away they said they were aware of an issue and are dealing with it and within a couple of days it was fixed but now its stopped again, i explained this to sky but they deny this issue happened......

When they say they are sending the code, do the last 3 digits shown match your number?

If they do, have you checked your mobiles spam folder, to see if they are there?

Yes the numbers match, I've no blocked numbers or restrictions etc we have tried everything, sky tell me there is no 2 step verification set up on my account but I'm still getting it show up

Not sure what Sky told you is correct as this is mandatory for us all now.

Im trying to log into my email account on my computer but the code doesnt come to my phone number so i can continue, all i get from Sky is they will ring me back but this has been going on for months, dont know what else to do or try

all sky have told me is lies, they said they fixed it but havent, they said they had removed the 2 step process from my account but havent, they said they would ring me back last week but didnt. Spoke to someone saturday but after 30 mins explaining again they just said its ongoing....

Yes the last 3 digits are the same, I have no blocked numbers on my phone

You might not have any blocked numbers but there have previously been reports that the verifications texts have in error ended up in the spam folder so have you checked in there for these ?

Yes, nothing in my spam message folder. Ive had enough now, sky again told me they would ring me thursday regardless if they had sorted it but yet again no call. Im cancelling my sky now. thanks for your messages
