CAN'T LOGIN TO EMAIL

Being asked for two factor verification and to provide a phone number -- which I don't have. It also doesn't offer any other option to access my emails.

Contacted Sky help online. AI responses. Most unhelpful.

How can I get this solved.

@CML2 Sky are aware that not everyone has a mobile. Give them a call and they'll help you around this.

Alternatives to logging into the Sky website include using apps and programs like Outlook where two step verification is not used.

Unfortunately I don't believe that is entirely true.

It will need 2FA to install the account, but after that it won't be needed again.
