After changing my sky password, I have lost one of my email addresses and all my folders, I have a great deal of mail I need in these folders

Not quite sure what you mean by you have lost your email address but if you can still access the account then give this a try:

I seem to have lost one of my email accounts, after changing my sky password ,when I try to access it, it says oops it's not your fault try again. still no joy.

Did you got through the process to reset the password as you should have been sent an email address to the recovery email address which should then allow you to change the password.

Yes I went through the process, the recovery email is the account , which is lost ,it was when I couldn't remember my password for this email account and changed the password In the sky ,yahoo account i lost access to this account, when I go into emai accounts the email address Is shown opaque with a red triangle at the side.

That suggests you are using an app/client to access your email, if so what is it?

You are correct, I am using.a yahoo client, sky yahoo, tried everything says unable to turn on account.

Then it sounds like you haven't updated the password in the client.

Just what device and app/client are you using. The only Yahoo "client" would be the Yahoo mail app for iOS or Android.
