    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you&amp;nbsp;have a Sky email address, you presumably&amp;nbsp;had a Sky email account&amp;nbsp;sometime.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If Yahoo have locked your&amp;nbsp;account, that will be to protect their systems/reputation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will need to prove your identity to Sky, and then they&amp;nbsp; can get the suspension lifted by&amp;nbsp;Yahoo,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you contact&amp;nbsp;Sky, ask to be transferred&amp;nbsp;to the&amp;nbsp;IDM (Identity Management) Team, assuming they can confirm your&amp;nbsp;identity. they should be able to get your account unlocked.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My email logged me out , I changed my password and requested lost emails be reinstated. I then realised through various emails I think I'd been hacked , emails being sent and not sent mailer-daemon that I didn't do . Contacted yahoo , my email has now been suspended and I'm being told to contact sky but because I don't have any sky products just a sky email they say it's nothing to do with them and I have to contact yahoo , but I can't do that because everything I try directs me back to sky . HELP , how do I get my suspended email due to suspicious activity back ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
