Yahoo Email Preview Formatting Word Documents

When previewing a Word document attachment in Yahoo email, the document attachment no longer comes up properly formatted - text is squeezed together - it was ok until a few days ago, so something has changed. Any ideas? Thanks

How are you accessiong your emails, via the Sky website, the Yahoo email app ?

If a browser, have you tried a different one to see what happens ?

Hi, access via the Sky website and the Yahoo app on my mobile. Same preview formatting problem with any word attachement. Must be a simple solution but yet to find it.

It's strange but the previous post to yours is someone who can no longer use PDF attachments as they used to. I wonder if Yahoo have made some changes to how attachments are previewed.

I rarely get attachments, and would normally detach them before using so can't say if it has changed for me.

No help to you I know, but it may not be just you noticing it.
