i am not getting the verification code to log in from my desk top. only reveiving emails on my phone.

any idea what is wrong

@AlanM1956 have you checked that the end of the mobile number displayed when a Verification Code is about to be sent is correct? If that's ok, check your mobile's spam folder in case it has ended up there. Failing that, you can use your Recovery Code to cancel 2 step login, by tapping on 'can't log in with code'.

Number is correct

can't find recovery.code

to change that it wants to sent a code

Code not arriving

going round in ever decreasing circles

@AlanM1956 without the Recovery Code you'll have to call Sky and ask them to turn off 2 step login on your behalf.

If you have lost your recovery code and have access to the same phone number then see the "I have lost my recovery code" section here as you should be able to generate another one:

See if that one comes through if you mobile number hasn't changed and is correct as shown on the site.
