&lt;P&gt;Changing the phone number used for 2 step login involves either first sending a code to your&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;old&lt;/EM&gt; phone number which I assume you no longer have access to, or you using your Recovery Code to turn off 2 step verification. You can then set it up again with your new number, if you wish.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you didn't make a note of your Recovery Code, you'll have to persevere with contacting Sky to ask them to turn off 2 step login on your behalf. There's a process for doing so, but it appears that many of the front line advisers don't know how to do it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have changed my phone number but to get access to my email account they keep sending the verification code to my old number. I've phoned India a dozen times, i can't understand them and they can't understand me, passed from pillar to post on multiple occasions! spoke to the automated customer service platform,&amp;nbsp; same again. All i want to do is change the phone number&amp;nbsp; on my email account.....can anyone help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
