&lt;P&gt;I think you'll have to call Sky and ask them to turn off 2 step login (which results in the code being sent to her mobile) and to reset your password. Make sure you choose a strong password - at least 8 characters, upper case, lower case, numbers and special characters. Don't make it a word your wife can guess.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My ex wife has locked me out of my account.&amp;nbsp; All other social media accounts rely on this email for their access too.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When I change my password, Sky/Yahoo send a code to HER phone number (because she logged in as mee and changed it).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So she will be getting these codes instead of me!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is there another way?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If as advised to do you made a note of the recovery code when setting this up you should be able to turn it off by using this via the "Can't sign in with code" link. Then when it is off set it up again using your mobile number along with a new password, so make sure it is your mobile number showing on your account here as well:&lt;/P&gt;
