    <description>&lt;P&gt;Iv lost the recovery code and have a new telephone number, my email is still logged in on my phone so I'm still getting my emails, I'm about to get a new phone though so I'll lose access to the email account with the number registered been a old one, how can I update the number?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4697178"&gt;@Woodyj1991&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;changing your mobile number for 2 step login can only be done either by using your Recovery Code or via the Online Account Manager which involves a Verification Code first being sent to the existing number.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Neither of those is going to work for you, so you'll have to call Sky and ask them to turn off 2 step login on your behalf.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
