      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't have a recovery code for my emails - had the account for many years. I also don't have the mobile number any more.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Does anyone know how I can sort this as I have spoken to Sky "customer help" and it was not helpful at all - they told me to go on here and ask for help!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have to access tickets on the email and I'm starting to panic.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please, is there anyone out there who can assist to recover my account and do a better job than Sky???&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
