We've (Superusers) have asked Sky in a closed forum what customers without a UK mobile number or with no mobile should do. Hopefully we'll have a reply from Sky next week.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I am having problems logging into my email on my laptop. It keeps asking me to request sms for two step verification. I no longer have a UK mobile. So I try to turn off two step verification but when i click manage two-step verification nothing happens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
