    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am formally complaining about being locked out of my Sky account because two-step verification codes are being sent to an old mobile number I no longer have access to.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have contacted support multiple times and have:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;been told there are technical issues,&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;been promised callbacks that never happened,&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;been left on hold while trying to raise a complaint.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need this escalated to the Sky ID/account security team so my verification number can be reset or updated after appropriate security checks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please confirm:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;that this complaint has been logged,&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;my complaint reference number,&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;and the next steps for account recovery.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Name: Account number: Current address: Contact number: Old mobile number linked to the account:&lt;/P&gt;</description>
