&lt;P&gt;The only issue going forward you will have is that you do have to sign in online to keep the email account active and open.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I do not have a mobile phone either.. I use Outlook to access my emails. So I cannot access my emails using the Sky website unless I have a mobile phone.. This is predudicial against people who do not have mobile phones. Sounds like another Yahoo folly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If it is bad weather I can't go out so no emails, no compter . This is beyond a joke .&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure what the issue is here. 2 step verification is optional (it was briefly made mandatory a week or so ago, but it is now optional again), so if you have no mobile reception, there's no need to set it up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Thanks for that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;That is great for me as a non mobile person, but my wife, who has a mobile and has 2 step verification set up receives a message on&amp;nbsp; her mobile. Thing is that&amp;nbsp; she very rarely uses her computer (seeing to her horses most of the time) so relies on me to acess her emails for her. Is it possible to turn off her 2 step verification so I can access her emails when she isn't here?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;She can turn it off by selecting "Can't sign in with code" link and signing in either her recovery code.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If she doesn't have her recovery code and have access to the same phone number then see the "I have lost my recovery code" section here as you should be able to generate another one:&lt;/P&gt;
