I have asked sky puppy phone useless. OK so my issue is I've changed Samsung phone from s24 to s26 ultra and somehow my email have not transferred over only part of the information transferred like I have email on basic mode . But I cand send or receive attachments. I can get my emails from my backup account i added to my yahoo account.

Also it won't sync my emails it says I need an account passkey it wont.let me create one. Can you help. I've uninstalled and reinstalled many times.

Does it give you the option to not use a passkey ?

I'm not sure who you have been asking for help from, but if it's Sky they are not really able to help, as your problem is not a Sky one.

We aren't Sky, so we will try to help, but with what you have told us, there is not much to go on.

First basic question, do you have an email address ending in @sky.com? (don't tell us what it is)

As you are not technical, who setup the email on your previous phone, and are they no longer able to assist?
