I am the Sky subscriber. My late wife has a sky email account, which i wish to close. How do I do it?

@DG171 the simplest solution is to allow the account to become inactive, by not logging in. After 12 months of inactivity, Sky will close it.

If you're not comfortable with that, contact the Accessibility team and explain the circumstances to them.
