Access old email without password or recovery method

I'm looking for information on an old contract that's details will be in an old sky email address I don't use or remember the password for. It's so old when I enter it it's not recognised and I haven't used it since 2016 or so. I now live in New Zealand and no longer have access to the uk phone number to verify anything but still have a different sky email address I've always used . The address is the same as my current one but had a 2 at the end as it was a second account. Is there anywhere I could speak to someone, or email, or any advice really anyone has to get the information I need. Thank you in advance

@Steve733 as you haven't used the account for such a long time, the likelihood is that it has been deleted, I'm afraid, which is why it's not recognised.

Sky generally delete accounts that have been inactive for 12 months or so: https://www.sky.com/help/sky-yahoo-mail/inactive-sky-yahoo-acc/articles/inactive-yahoo-mail-accounts
