Folder Emails Deleted - Sky/Yahoo Technical Help

I had all my emails in multiple folders "disappear" a couple of months ago. Trying to get help from Sky Customer Advisors was useless & they did not escalate to any technical department (despite saying they would). It's obvious that there was a server-side purge that happened. Anyone know how to contact any Sky/Yahoo email technical person to do a Mailbox Restore for missing folder contents. The folders remain but the emails have been deleted.

No emails are stored on Sky's servers, they are all at Yahoo, so there is no "tecnical department" to be refered to.

If they have been gone for a couple of months, I doubt there is any possibility of getting them back.
