Won't let me send emails as it's asking for password which I don't know and it won't let me reset it either.

@Thommo62 your iPad(?) uses the same password as you used to log in successfully via the link I posted.

If it's not working you could try an app password in your Mail app instead of your normal Sky password. There's a link to the app password generator under 'can't access emails' here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/problems-accessing-sky-mail-from-your-email-app

Failing that, there's an intermittent issue with the Mail app that has been around for ,any months which prevents access. That might be what you're seeing. It usually goes away after a few days. You can always sign in via the link I posted in the meantime.
