Unable to receive verification codes. Don't know recovery code. Tried advice given but as can't access email.

Need step by step help on how to turn off verification code.

@JulieMet without your Recovery Code, you'll have to call Sky. There's no other way.

When setting this up did you not follow the onscreen instruction to make a note of your recovery code, it will have said this for situations like this when you need to use it.
