      <description>&lt;P&gt;My mobile number has been changed on my account.&amp;nbsp; However, when I try to sign into emails, it wants to send text verification to my old mobile.&amp;nbsp; Why does it do this - can I stop it or do I rectify.&amp;nbsp; I can't access emails on my PC any more.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Assuming you no longer have access to your old mobile, you need to turn off 2 Step Verification using your Recovery Code and set it up again specifying the new number during the setup process.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
