&lt;P&gt;As long as you have taken steps to recover your account then they shouldn't be able to access it again. Just make sure that you treat any emails that say they are from Sky with caution as there is always a chance they are from a scammer especially if they want you to click a link in it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You could set up 2 step verification so that someone logging in has to respond to a code sent to your mobile. If you do that, make sure you take a note of the Recovery Code displayed on screen. You won't find it anywhere else&lt;/P&gt;</description>
