&lt;P&gt;You can't request a recovery code as you need to use the one you were asked take a note of when setting this up as you had to tick a box to say you did this,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you didn't do this then you will have to call Sky and ask them to turn this off for you which can take a little while to happen. Just don't let them tell you to go to Yahoo as they can not help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3356194"&gt;@leestoner&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;to do that a Verification Code has first to be sent to the mobile number you set up.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you didn't make a note of the Recovery Code when you first set up 2 step login, you'll need to call Sky to request they turn off 2 step login on your behalf. It will take several days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
