    <description>&lt;P&gt;I phoned them today, I had to go through to the IDM ( Identity Mgt) team who have requested that the two tier authentication is removed, it can take a few days. I have managed to access my email through the yahoo site rather than the sky site&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If your mobile number hasn't been changed and the text message isn't in the bin/junk folder then to get access to your email account just sign in with the recovery code that you made a note of instead of the verification code.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You didn't set up a recovery number as the recovery code was displayed on the screen when you set this up and you had to tick a box to say you had made a note of it. If you did not do this then your only option will be to call Sky and ask them to turn this off for you but this isn't an instant process&amp;nbsp;and some advisers&amp;nbsp;might wrongly tell you to go to Yahoo who can not help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
